This review is for the current update as of 06/27/2016. LOVED the previous version and had no trouble with it. CURRENT version looks nice but whats the point if I cant even get a confirmation code with text/call? I know my log in info is correct but I never ever received a text/call.... Cant even use the app... :(

This update is so annoying.. everytime i log in it always ask for a SECURE ACCESS CODE and i cant get the code because the number that was registered is not my number at all .___. so i called the customer service and asked for a Secure Access Code, they gave me one & used it to log in~ and after an hour i tried to log in, the app is asking me again for a Secure Access Code! the old app is much better!!

I like the app update overall, but not a fan of having to enter my password every single time to log in. I liked the old app where it actually remembered my password and I could log in much faster.

My app wont let me log in anymore because of the new update but when I go to the app page, there isnt an open to update. It just says "open" like its already up to date. This can only mean that my phone and iOS version are not compatible with the update so it wont even show an option to update.

Not a fan of the update. The left menu bar is annoying. It keeps popping out when I scroll transactions on my accounts. The deposit feature doesnt take good photos. You have to keep retaking pictures of the check and then it times out before you can finish so I have to end up going to the bank to deposit! How is that helpful? I miss the feature that populates your username. Please fix!

Cant even enroll this app is trash!!!

It seems faster and I could log in whenever I want to. I am happy that it tells you that there is a maintenance going on and might not be working properly. The transparency between the company and user is great when something wrong is happening... For now.

I like the picture deposit. However after the update touch log in doesnt seem to work anymore.

I dont know to other phones but touch ID is not working right now. Been using it before but just recently,2 days ago,it started not working.

Until August 5, 2016, the app was working just fine but then for some odd reason the Touch ID login did not work anymore. Now I have to contact customer service to reset everything.

This last update made my Touch ID stop working but then I realized you have to turn it back on in the privacy settings area after updates. I really appreciate having to have to input my password again because it feels like an extra layer of protection. Also sending and receiving money is so easy and FREE!! And the ability to transfer money from all my accounts right on my phone is awesome. I love this app.

I was disappointed at first after the update because the Touch ID stopped working even after signing back in with my username and password, but Im so thrilled I decided to check if others wrote a review otherwise I wouldnt have known to check the settings. I suggest the makers of the app mention that so people dont get confused. Other then that, I love the app. I havent deposited a check through the app yet but I love that I can check my balance and make transfers between accounts.

What happened to the transfer and deposit features? I cant even access the full website on my mobile device.

Used to be a great app. Now doesnt load past the login screen regardless of using Touch ID to sign in or not. They also made it more taps to deposit checks.

Redesigned app still does not accept my large check. Large as in when you get paid by a company and the check is the length of the pay stub (8".) please do something about this! It only accepts checkbook size checks and its highly annoying to go to the bank when it now should not be necessary with this feature. Rejects the large check because you have to capture the whole check by moving the phone camera a little farther away which then makes the deposit rejected because it cant see the data on the check and theres no way to tap the screen and focus like when you are taking pictures of people. So annoying!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Dont get me wrong this app used to be great. After entering my password and pressing enter I just keeps trying to load. I can use the web version but the app just wont work.

Horrible update, use to work, thought was upgrading the program, come to find out it was a major downgrade. Complete fail by the app development team. Unfortunately Im the one suffering from this and not them.

Ive been using this app since it first came out. Saves the hassles of having to deposit checks in person. The update is great. You can still deposit checks by hitting the transactions tab and scrolling down to Deposit.

It keeps saying that it failed authorization, but I know it is entered correctly!!! Ive had to call so many times already since it locks me out!!! Please fix this issue, I have iPhone 6s.
