They dont even post your transactions on time. Youll be given wrong balance. Its not updated. So useless!

I have a great hi speed wifi connection at home and this app is slow. Filtering does not work due to not being able to get the drop downs to work. The filter category selections are dead.

Compare to USAA and Bank Of Hawaii this loads really slow. You need the fastest internet service for this. Doesnt offer much options.

Its a must have app if you are an Asb customer. However there are too many issues with crashing etc.. When trying to do mobile deposits and even when just trying to log in.. The fact that these issues continue to be unfixed can make one think of switching banks, just because of convenience. Ive been a ASB customer since I opened my checking account as a teen, which why I might change if they dont update their app. Update: decided to update my review because app has not been fixed.. Still crashes at login and elsewhere while in app. Depositing checks is also very difficult at times. However app does work better if you have an iPhone for some reason.

It used to work great until the latest iOS update. I cant log-on anymore & it says my device is registered to another user.

Very convenient. To all the people with the "app is registered to another user" error, just call ASB tech support. Its a glitch that takes 5 minutes to clear up

App is good... But, when I go to view the details of a specific transaction, it gives me the details to a completely different transaction.

Amazing. I love the idea of depositing checks through this app. I tried it, it worked and i am a happy. Simply the best app ever!

I was surprised to see reports of this app crashing or closing unexpectedly as I use it regularly, mobile deposit too, and have never had a problem. Its easier to use than other banking apps Ive tried.

I spent more time trying to deposit a single check with this app than I would have if I had just driven to the bank myself. It crashed at least ten times and it couldnt identify the back of a check, so it couldnt deposit the check

Im giving 5 stars because after all were talking about Hawaii. My mainland bank is years ahead and has a far superior app. Ive been doing mobile deposit for over 5 years and it posts within seconds; even on weekends or holidays. This ASB app takes a few days for the funds to be available. It would be nice if it would remember my password too, but whatevers. Tchau

App has always been pretty useful.

This app is very helpful, but can be more helpful if it updated realtime!!! But it doesnt and its really frustrating because you learn to rely on it when youre on the go, but then u find out later that the balance the app shows is Not updated and youve already spent more than you have!!!! Fix it please!!!

I tried to deposit checks four times and it never worked.

This app is very good for a local bank. I love the mobile deposit feature, it was crashing before when I tried to use it but it seems like they fixed that. Works great now. Its great for checking balances and seeing what cleared too. Id like to see a few more features, and quicker updates on balances but I understand banks only run on business hours and that would reflect in the quickness of balance updates.

Deposited 2 checks for the first time last week, no problems other than making sure I got a good photo. Seems to track debits and credits promptly, not complaints there. You can turn all sorts of alerts on or off here. Negative: Can’t add a transfer account or payee to Bill Pay from the app, have to do that online.

Login from mobile app works maybe once a month. Beyond frustrating.

Am I reading the app wrong or is there no way to tell if an amount is a deposit or withdrawal??? So frustrated trying to figure out if refunds are going through!! Bank of Hawaii has a MUCH better app... Almost want to switch back to my old account.

I have tried to use mobile deposit literally 10+ times and it has never worked. I tried everything the ap and tellers suggest multiple times and it doesnt work.
