I downloaded this app to keep track of my transactions, its specific and all but the dates are wrong. Also, sometime when you click to see the details, it goes somewhere else. Pls fix that. One last thing, this app really needs an update.

Unable to deposit checks through mobile. I have tried several times over a few months. Makes this app useless.

I see Im not the only one and from what the tellers tell me its been like this for a long, long time.. Time to get better IT people ASB!

For 2 weeks, cant get into the accounts to see balances and charges. Its a green screen. Tried deleting and reinstalling app- doesnt work. Disappointing!

Worked for a little bit but now it shows a blank Greene screen . It says no account .

It was working before this update please make the mobile deposit work again it was so convenient and when this mobile deposit doesnt work it is VERY frustrating please please fix it !

Updated the app today and everything works like a charm! Mobile deposit working again has made me so happy.

This App I have use for years. Nothing to complain about until the newer phones started to come out. Now that Im using the iPhone 6 plus the app display in a scaled mode, do it looks too big. Now that there is Touch ID, apps like the American Express mobile, lets you sign in by using Touch ID. I wish all the app were just like that. Im so sick and tired of entering passwords and two step verifications !!!!

My phone still didnt get to update to this version. The app icon is still the old one and not the new one displayed above. Most of the actions dont work for me. Like the review below, mobile check deposit is so convenient!! We need it back.

This app used to work fine but lately every time I sign in to check my account ... It doesnt show any of my account balances or transactions! Whats the point. Deleted!! And kind of irritated about it.

Bill pay doesnt work again. This app has too many bugs, too often.

Im always able to see my account, although minor bug fixes could be made. Also, it needs a user interface upgrade. New design and look! Looks too plain and doesnt match up with the evolving tech designs.

Design is clunky and performance slow on my iPhone 6 Plus.. Apps such as Capital One and Amex are much more functional and up-to-date. Sign-in ought to be option for using Apple Touch ID instead of having to type in user name and password every time. Expect more from ASB. Please deliver.

Been using this same app for a couple years now, does its job and im happy with it. Also i agree it could use an upgrade soon. Looks outdated.

Add Touch ID login like the other local banks have now days! Get with the times ASB!

This is the dinosaur of all my banking apps. It still requires me to put in my WHOLE mobile banking password. This app missed the whole 4 digit code quick login many other banking apps were using. Now my other banking apps even allow my thumb verification on my iPhone 6s. However, this app is stuck in time warp and still required my password. Come on ASB, get someone to update this app!

Do not downloaded until they fix these problems with log in! Theyre always having maintenance everyday .

Cmon ASB cant you fix your app? Dont you guys check for bugs weekly? Or Do updates at all? I feel unsafe using this app. This is actually my first time writing a review because I am so frustrated with this app. I will update/delete this review once its actually fluid and working right.
